Because our products are consumable pet foods and treats (including wet food cans, dental chews, puree tubes, and baked biscuits), strict health and safety regulations prohibit us from accepting any physical returns once an order has been delivered. All sales are final.

However, we stand 100% behind the quality of our recipes. We want every pet parent to feel confident shopping with us, which is why we offer our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.

30-Day Happiness Guarantee

If you or your pet are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if an item arrives damaged, defective, or leaking, you do not need to return the product to us. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery at goldenpaw@goldenpawpad.com.

To help our team resolve the issue promptly, please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged packaging, batch code, or product (if applicable)

Once verified, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund confirmation after 7 business days:
1. Please check your bank account or credit card statement again.
2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary before an official posting.
3. If you have checked and still have not received your refund, reach out to goldenpaw@goldenpawpad.com.

Order Cancellations

Because our fulfillment team processes orders quickly to ensure fresh delivery, orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
