We work with a short list of suppliers we know by name, and we only partner with businesses that can tell us exactly where their raw materials come from.
Production
Our recipes are made in facilities that follow recognised food-safety management practices, with documented cleaning, allergen and batch controls.
Testing
Batches are checked for nutritional accuracy and microbiological safety before release, and we retain samples from each production run so we can look back at any pack you have bought.
Traceability
Every pack carries a batch code. If you ever have a question about your pet’s food, that code lets us trace when and where it was made.
Packaging
We use resealable, food-grade packaging and are steadily reducing plastic across our range.
